At the conclusion of the regular season, top competitors from each event qualify to compete at their circuit finals rodeos. Champions from each of the circuit finals, as well as the overall year-end winners from each circuit, are then invited to compete in the NFR Open.

VENDOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo, held at the Cave Creek Memorial Arena in Cave Creek, Arizona, located at 37201 N28th Street, Cave Creek, Arizona, 85331. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a spot. Vendor applications are reviewed and evaluated for acceptance and vendors will be notified by the Vendor Coordinator if approved. The Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo tries to avoid duplication of products sold wherever possible, but is not guaranteed.
All vendor spaces are outside, on dirt, in the midway and assigned based on type of product being sold and space availability. The Vendor Coordinator will assign spaces for the best arrangement of the event as a whole. There is a limit to the number of spaces available and vendor spaces at the Cave Creek Memorial Arena “Sell Out”, so we would encourage you to apply early.
There are three PRCA rodeo performances: Friday, October 31, 2025, evening performance at 7:30PM, Saturday, November 1, 2025, afternoon performance at 1:00PM and Saturday, November 1, 2025, evening performance at 7:30PM. Each Rodeo performance are approximately 2 hours in length. Gates open at 5:00PM on Friday, 10:30AM on Saturday for the afternoon performances, and 5:00PM for the Saturday evening performance. Vendors should arrive at least 30 minutes before the gates open. Set up will be Thursday, October 30, 2025, between 10AM and 4PM (no exceptions). Your booth must remain setup for the entire event. This includes trailers and food trucks. Breakdown and cleanup will be on Sunday, November 2, 2025 from 8AM - 12PM or after the Saturday evening performance after the Midway has cleared.

EXCEPTIONAL RODEO




The Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo invites families from the special needs community to attend the Exceptional Rodeo. This unique program allows exceptional kids of all ages to take part in rodeo-themed games and activities with help from professional cowboys and cowgirls, rodeo royalty and youth rodeo athletes. Each participant is given encouragement and individual assistance throughout each activity. At the end of the event, a special awards ceremony will recognize everyone's involvement and celebrate their unique abilities.
