The Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo is sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and that organization owns the rights to all videos and photos therefore only member photographers, the TCFR or the PRCA are allowed to sell photos or use them for any commercial purposes. Those with cameras with lenses over 3 inches must return those to their car or proceed to the rodeo office to discuss a camera pass.
